**Rich Courtney was a friend of mine for over 20 years and last year he passed on after cancer took over his body. In a tribute to Rich, and to aid the victims of cancer (including the surviving family) SunWest Bank and Karen (his widow) are participating in a walk in Las Vegas on October 18th in support of Light the Night. OUR MISSION

New Jersey state law requires home inspectors to report on material defects but beyond that critical part of our business, we attempt to acquaint our clients with the systems and components of the house with suggestions for maintenance, monitoring and upgrades. We are homeowners and parents as well as home inspectors. We give the same priority to issues of safety and health in your homes as we do in our own homes.

Our inspections are designed to comply with the applicable laws and regulations of the State of New Jersey and the Standards of Practice of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI®), and the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI®).

All Through the House, LLC is dedicated to providing a superior home inspection at a fair and competitive price. There are inspectors that will provide a home inspection for less, but we suggest that if you are basing your selection of an inspector on price, you need to re-think your decision making process. The purchase of a home is often the biggest investment in an individual’s life and should not be based on small differences in price. You need an inspector that is qualified, experienced, adheres to highest standards of the industry and provides a thorough and helpful report.

Inspections of multi-family dwellings, upscale homes over $750K and other properties as deemed appropriate, will be conducted by two inspectors when available, at no added charge.

OUR REPORTS

Our full, detailed reports are narrative (not a series of check boxes) and include digital photos. We also provide a “Summary of Inspection” report that highlights our observations and findings. To print this quality of report requires time that simply is not available to any of us on-site. Our preferred method of delivery is via the internet. We post the reports to an internet site and provide our clients with an email when the report is complete, providing the site address, user name and password required to obtain the reports. We also provide the “summary of inspection” report to our client’s attorney and Realtor® with directions on how to obtain the full reports on the internet as well.
