BHI = $325 or with Radon test and Pest Inspection = $475




 

Larger and Upscale Home Sample
(Homes with Listing Price =/> $750K or 5+ bedrooms)
Typically 1/10 of 1% of listing price adjusted for land value
Each property will be fairly and individually quoted
